With a global settlement of $20M, the developing entities only contributed $1M.
  • In 1999, he represented the homeowners association in Polygon Development Co. v Reilly Development Co.- as assignee of the indemnity rights of the developing entities against the general contractor, subcontractors and design professionals of a 240-unit condominium on the bluffs above Laguna Beach. Recovered $10M from the assigned rights in settlements with the cross-defendants in a $20M global settlement.
