Stephen V. Rupp

Mr. Rupp has practiced construction and personal injury litigation for the past thirty years. During that time his clients have received over $100,000,000 to compensate them for their loss. These cases range from $30,000,000 for a large condominium project to a three home area of a subdivision where the homeowners received $300,000 per home to repair a ground water problem. His cases have dealt with every conceivable construction problem from roofs to stucco but have had a particular emphasis on soil related problems. From leaky roofs to massive landslides, Mr. Rupp's clients have always maximized their recoveries.

Early in his career he represented General Atomic Company in the largest anti-trust lawsuit of its kind in the history of U.S. jurisprudence. GAC, a partnership of Gulf Oil and Shell Oil's subsidiary, Scallop Nuclear , were accused of monopolizing the world wide supply of uranium. Mr. Rupp and the computer specialists of GAC developed one of the first computerized litigation systems in this country. The protocols of that system are still in use today.

Recently, Mr. Rupp has indicated an intention to enter the field of mediation. He brings a 34 year career representing plaintiffs, defendants, associations and corporations to that proposed enterprise.
